Self Pay/Out of Pocket fees
For individuals without insurance coverage or for services not covered by insurance, we offer transparent and competitive self-pay rates. Our fee structure is as follows:
Initial Psychiatric Consultation
(60 minutes)
This comprehensive evaluation includes a detailed psychiatric assessment, a review of your medical history, and an exploration of any relevant physical health concerns.

Follow-up Psychiatric Consultations
(30 minutes):
Subsequent appointments focus on treatment progress, medication management, and addressing both mental and physical health components.

Integrated Physical Health Assessment (Optional - 30 minutes)
As part of our commitment to holistic care, you have the option to include an integrated physical health assessment during your follow-up consultations. Our board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will discuss lifestyle factors, nutritional habits, and physical well-being to enhance the overall impact of your care.

Payment Options:
We strive to make the payment process convenient for our clients. Mind Body Health Care Telemedicine accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and electronic bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To best serve our clients and maintain appointment availability, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $125.
